Dear America,
If you don’t know, let this inform you. inside the federal prison system is a eco-system of corporal punishment; whereas one mans actions effects his entire housing unit, when it comes to punishment for breaking certain rules.
ig. If an inmate of a housing unit is caught under the influence of drugs or caught with drugs, the unit is placed on commissary restriction.
So if your doing all the right things and following all the rules and have not been sanction for committing an FBOP prohibited Act nor have you been sanction by the disciplinary hearing officer, for a write up, then that constitutes blatant corporal punishment.
Now you know some Federal Blues.
have a nice day:)
